The PgCert in Sports and Exercise Nutrition is a programme of study which aims to enable students to develop an evidence based approach to understanding the science of sports nutrition and the application of sport and exercise nutrition for groups and individuals.

There is growing recognition that appropriate nutrition is essential for performance and recovery in sport. A growing number of athletes at all levels of achievement require support from appropriately trained professionals in this field and the Sports and Exercise Nutrition PgCert will give you the skills needed to deliver this support.
